When you’re living in the city, it sometimes feels difficult to dedicate time to your practice, especially if working means that you can’t fit a class into your schedule. The cool thing is, you can yoga anywhere.
Here are a few of our poses for the month of June. You can do them on your rooftop, in the park, at the beach… or in the bathroom at work? Wherever you are, find your yoga!
Crescent lunge, with a lean forward to prep for Warrior III.
Shift forward to Warrior III. Extend from the fingertips through the toes. Bring the ribs together, and relax the shoulders away from the ears.
Bring the fingertips back down to the mat, support yourself, and then open the hip to come into your Half Moon variation.
